About Us
Forest Hills is a heavily wooded community located in far northeast Arlington, Texas. The community features 225 single-family residents and is situated on bluffs overlooking the West Fork of the Trinity River. Originally developed in the 1980s, Forest Hills today is 99% built out.
Amenities
As residents, we enjoy approximately 25 acres of common areas including a peaceful lake surrounded by beautiful upscale homes and a jogging trail. The jogging trail encompasses our lake and continues north ending at our private community park. The park provides a children's playground with monkey bars, swings, slides, and more! Well-maintained tennis courts are located to the east of the playground along with an adjacent Sports Court for added activities, and a full-court basketball court. Further north is a full-sized soccer field and a little-league baseball diamond. These amenities are made available exclusively to Forest Hills Homeowner Association members and guests when accompanied by a member at all times.
Homeowner Association
Our Homeowner Association is managed by the Forest Hills Homeowner Association. The Homeowner Association is administered by a Board of Directors comprised of local residents who meet on a monthly basis. Members are elected to the Board by the overall Homeowner Association membership. The primary responsibility of the board is to protect the community's property values through the enforcement of the provisions established in the Association's Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Forest Hills. Correspondence can be sent via email through the Contact Us feature on the website or via mail to Forest Hills Homeowner Association P.O. Box 202532 Arlington, TX 76006.
Security
Neighborhood security is always top of mind and is monitored by security cameras at various locations throughout the neighborhood, park, and lake areas to monitor incoming and outgoing vehicles. To further protect our residents and guests, traffic humps have been installed on various streets to slow traffic entering and exiting the community.
We treat our neighborhood events as an opportunity to meet our neighbors, thus enhancing our overall protection. Although we incorporate several effective measures toward a safe and secure environment, we call on our neighbors to be additional eyes and ears for our community.
Our neighborhood enjoys easy access to all parts of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Centrally located, we are just minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, the entertainment district that includes Six Flags, Ranger Stadium, and ATT Stadium - The home of the Dallas Cowboys. Our location provides easy access to both Dallas and Fort Worth by way of Hwy 183, Hwy 161, or Interstate 30.
As a part of Arlington, we contribute to and participate in the city's high quality of life, including an extensive municipal park system, dynamic public and private schools, world-class family entertainment venues, and a responsive city government.
